One dish I had to perfect in culinary school was omelettes. We had to be able to flip them in the pan, cook them perfectly and slide them from the pan to the plate in one smooth move, looking like a pro. While Kevin usually fixes breakfast in our home, I surprised him with a special breakfast Friday. Love you, Honey Bunny!
